The therapist was an excellent listener and offered very practical guidance that I could apply right away. The approach was structured and “textbook” based—I was given a workbook to follow and had weekly homework. While this may not suit everyone, I found the structure really beneficial, as it kept me focused and engaged in my progress. I actually appreciated having a clear plan to follow. For a free service, I honestly can’t fault it. It was very supportive and effective, and I’m grateful for the help I received.”

Prior to my appointment the receptionist called to let me know that there is road works nearby and informed me of the alternative route to take, which I found helpful. The chiropractor who assessed and treated me was amazing, she explained every process to me during the assessment and had an extensive amount of knowledge about my symptoms which was really reassuring.
