“The email every landlord dreads........long term tenant giving notice to quit. I had used a well known estate agent in the past and knew who I needed to speak to. However she no longer worked there! After a few minutes research I found Claire again. In her new position with Yourmove in Walthamstow. And she remembered me! Replying to my initial contact email she organised a visit to the property, took some great photos and we discussed how it should be marketed. First day there were eight enquiries. Two offers of the asking rent, one of which we accepted. We had a few repairs and refurbishment to do (carried out by a Yourmove recommended tradesperson,Thanks Dave. Great job!)
