“We have two cockapoos and over the years have used loads of dog groomers (London based). Our two dogs have always made desperate attempts to escape and starfish at the door, pleading with us to not take them inside - they clearly were having a terrible experience, which really traumatised us as well! Then we moved to Chelmsford and WOW, Sabrina has performed miracles! When we pull up outside, they both jump out the car and actually wag their tails up the steps to her gate. We now can leave them without the feeling of terror! Well done Sabrina, you’re a star!! You have proven grooming can be done well. I can’t recommend you highly enough. “It’s my fav beauty shop! The shop is kept really well and they just had a refurbishment so everything is new. The owner and the girls working there are nice and professional, there is always a good atmosphere in the shops and there is always enough staff than you rarely queue to get anything done. The girls are really good at what they are doing and they offer many service. During Monday - Thursday till 11 am they offer 20% discount and I’ve done acrylic infill with French tip at very reasonable price. The customer service is really nice and this makes the difference where u go there. Thank you everyone. :) V”

“Tried this place for the first time. I’m never really happy with my hair whenever I go to the hairdressers . I left the salon really happy with my appointment. Sonia did my hair Colour and cut . She was lovely very attentive and made me feel very welcome and at ease providing coffee and biscuits . I explained and described what I wanted and I was very pleased with the result beautiful colour. The cut was good too I should of gone a bit shorter but that was my own fault as I said I only wanted just a little off as I never really want to go to short I will def be going back there next time time. A lovely salon and would def go back to Sonia .”
