She was lovely very attentive and made me feel very welcome and at ease providing coffee and biscuits . I explained and described what I wanted and I was very pleased with the result beautiful colour. The cut was good too I should of gone a bit shorter but that was my own fault as I said I only wanted just a little off as I never really want to go to short I will def be going back there next time time. A lovely salon and would def go back to Sonia .”

Yet she rigorously relieved the knots around my neck & shoulders. With good pressure, and occasional warmed oil. And didn't appear exhausted from it afterwards ! Relaxing air purifying & calming music enhanced the experience. The rooms here are also good sizes. If it's always this good, I'll be pleased to go back.”

Our two dogs have always made desperate attempts to escape and starfish at the door, pleading with us to not take them inside - they clearly were having a terrible experience, which really traumatised us as well! Then we moved to Chelmsford and WOW, Sabrina has performed miracles! When we pull up outside, they both jump out the car and actually wag their tails up the steps to her gate. We now can leave them without the feeling of terror! Well done Sabrina, you’re a star!! You have proven grooming can be done well. I can’t recommend you highly enough. “I’ve been visiting this salon for years and never had a bad experience. Harry in particular does amazing gel manicures - they always last for 3-4 weeks without chipping or peeling. He’s also very patient and helpful when I can’t decide on which colour to go for! There’s a nice calm atmosphere in the salon and it’s very hygienic, with equipment cleaned in between each customer. I love it here and have no reason to go anywhere else! Edited to add photo of nails after 4.5 weeks, still no chips or peeling!”
