I came in just before closing time (I didn't realise the time) and they still insisted I sit in for the full English breakfast I ordered so that I could enjoy it hot (I had offered to take it away). “Loveeee this pub. Super local and great atmosphere. Me and friends go here at least once a week to catch up. Staff are friendly. “We went on wing night and got 2 helpings of 6 wings. The sauce was the right amount of spice. The fries were crispy on the out side and potatoey on the inside which was cooked to perfection. The burger was seasoned well. The quality of food exceeded my expectations, so much so that we came back to repeat our experience. Atmosphere is relaxed, but surprisingly 10 times cleaner than most pubs. Very clean!! I would recommend this place to watch sports, have a cold one, and eat great food.”

“This has to be one of the best Lebanese restaurants in London. I went with my wife, we had Sambusek lahma (fried pastry with spiced meat inside) and Soujouk (spiced sausages submerged in a nice tomato and lemon sauce) for starters and then shared one of the dishes listed under the home kitchen section on the menu: Kibbeh bil Laban, amazing plate with rice, yogurt, pine nuts and the “Kibbeh” (minced beef, deep fried inside bulgur wheat oval shaped pieces). Delicious, this is made the proper way (I have tried Kibbeh elsewhere, and this is the way). The fresh juices deserve a special mention too, I had Melon and my wife Pineapple and they were delicious. I specially found the Melon one to be exceptionally good. I will definitely come back and will recommend this to all my friends.”

“Decided to give this restaurant a try. Have lived in Kensal rise for many years and have always walked by. Having read the most recent reviews on taste, I must say they are not wrong. Friendly welcome. Food portions are good. Food quality is brilliant. Food is fresh, not oily and very tasty. Chicken and prawn puree starters were delicious. Korma was light and very coconutty, Rogan Josh was full of flavour, mutton biryani was great soft tender lamb pieces, vegetarian thali was great and the pathia was very spicy but tasty. Price is pretty decent. It's such a shame the place isn't busier because it's an amazing little place. Will definitely be coming back.”

The first time I have actually seen a real prawns in prawn toast, not just an unrecognisable paste with sesame seeds on top. Really delicious food. We had the lamb and chicken Shawarma, spicy broasted chicken, and lamb chops with rice; as usual, they did not disappoint. Their customer service is always on point, very attentive, and ready to help with anything. It's a nice relaxed atmosphere and there is plenty of space if you want to attend with a big group.
