“The staff at Tooth Club Loughton were incredibly informative and supportive throughout my treatment. I had an implant and composite bonding, and the dentists were always transparent about the process. We worked together to achieve the look I wanted, which made me feel really involved in the decisions. My Invisalign treatment took a little longer than expected (which I understand is quite normal). The rest of the work was carried out efficiently, I’m really pleased with the results. The admin team were also fantastic, always helpful and making sure I never missed an appointment. “Only went in to compare to AO as I saw Appliance point had opened up on the high street. Ended up getting superior washing machine and dryer (including installation) for less after discussing with the gents at the shop what I am after. The service was top notch during the buying process but what was really impressive was the exceptional aftercare. One of the machines had a slight issue with the display (as sometimes can happen), I reported it to Appliance Point who said they will take care of it. Within no time at all they rang to say an engineer from the manufacturer is on the way to repair the fault. After that I received check in calls to make sure all was ok and if there was anything else that they can do which was a really nice touch. 100% recommend!”
