I told Sab that I believed the issue was with the charger and on his colleague checking, they discovered the charger was fine. They soon discovered the issue which was rectified within the hour while I waited and I was given advice on how to make the laptop more effective. I asked for my bill and was informed that the £20 deposit I paid initially had taken care of it. Very professional and friendly team. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.”
