There was plenty of parking, all of the staff were extremely helpful, there appeared to be plenty of stock available and although they didn't have what I was after the guy behind the desk rang another branch an found what I needed which was also nearer to the intended jobsite. “We visited the Staines branch, seeking to find a suitable suit for my husband. The staff were so helpful especially Jordan, who was so patient with us, despite visiting the store at a very busy period. He advised my husband on what style to go for according to my husband’s preferences and body shape. As the store had limited stock, Jordon ordered the suit to be delivered to our home, as we had limited time. In general the staff are so helpful, the store was so tidy and organised, despite the sale. I cannot thank Jordon enough for all his help. Thank you for putting us at ease and for turning a stressful situation into a positive one. Jordon is an asset to River Island, what a lovely, patient and kind man.”

“I went into Boots recently and was very happy with the service I received. I went to Boots opticians as I broke my glasses whilst on holiday and needed to order some more. I didn't have an appt but they kindly squeezed me in even though they were very busy. I spoke to Nusrat and she was very helpful and I manged to order my glasses.
