“Recently had a 10th Birthday party at Goals, South Ruislip. This was the first time using Goals and wish we had done it for all previous football parties as this was by far the best. Excellent value for money with great facilities. Special mention for Miles, he made the party what it was. It seemed he remembered the name of all ten of the kids within minutes! Will be using again”

“Ruislip Stars Nurseries is a fantastic nursery that my husband and I would highly recommend. Our daughter started at Victoria Road but has now moved to the new St Mary's (on the Fairway) branch. Our daughter has attended full-time since she was ten months old and has thrived under the care and affection shown by the whole team. They have always provided the highest level of care and enabled her to achieve her full potential. Our daughter suffers from multiple severe food allergies and it is very reassuring knowing that she is being looked after by such a diligent team. Nicole is a wonderful leader and is working with a fantastic team. Our son also attended the setting during his summer holidays and had nothing but positive things to say - in fact he was a little sad when his time there came to an end! Thank you Ruislip Stars for being so amazing!”

My youngest has been going here for almost two years, and she enjoys it so much that she cries to go back even when she's unwell and stays home. The staff are kind, supportive, and engage the children in plenty of activities. Elise has learned so much during her time here. “Brilliant in one way, rubbish in another! The woman on the till was work shy, which affected the queue. She made people wait while checking something on her phone. Sent me to customer care because she'd need to type the code in for my timber, rather than turning the wood over where the barcode was. Conversely, customer services were great. I needed for of something to qualify for discount, but they only had three in stock. She organised it so I didn't lose out and was really good about it.”

“First time having my hair cut at the lovely hair studio and first time I've been to a salon for a long time so a little nervous. However I needn't have been thanks to the kind and experienced staff. Thank you to Jade I'm extremely happy with my hair and looking forward to getting my colour done next week.”

“Andrew’s reputation preceded him when I first became a dog owner 25 years ago. He’s always been straight forward and gentle with the diagnosis and treatment of my furry friends. You can see how relaxed Bell Cat is after her examination and she doesn’t run away when she sees her carry crate come out of the garage ready for her next visit. The reception staff are also patient and kind which helps immensely when you’re anxiously waiting to be seen. They can also give guidance in regards to wildlife. An all round GREAT Vet!”

“Max our yorkie is always well taken care of here! All the staff are absolutely lovely and kind. All the vets are soo understanding and always take their time with you and explain everything so clearly! All the reception ladies are all very kind and lovely also! Brooke is lovely and kind also. I always call and get an appointment whenever I need one. My mother doesn’t speak English very well, I always come in to translate and the vets and receptionist always take their time for me, so I can translate. The facilities are clean, and well looked after! They have had a revamp and all the rooms look super new and done up! I see a few comments regarding parking, I never fail to find parking. Either outside the vets or on the roads. Not sure why people are complaining, is not the vets fault you can’t find parking! Very impressed with the service I get here. Max is now 15, he’s a bit old bless him. But we always come here and get the best service! Thank you so much Arden House Ruislip!”

She has created such a welcoming atmosphere, making everyone feel comfortable regardless of their experience level. Her guidance is clear, patient, and motivating, which really helps build confidence while learning new moves. The class is a perfect mix of challenge and fun, and every week I leave feeling stronger, inspired, and excited to come back. “A great school, nurturing but at the same time challenging children’s capabilities, whilst teaching solid Christian ethos. During lockdown the school carried on teaching via zoom every day, which was amazing and very important for the children's development. My son loved going to BWI :-)”

“Our journey with Rosewood started when my son turned 1yr/o . We had had a challenging time with another nursery and my son was not taking well to being away from us. The staff at Rosewood took the time to understand both my son and our needs at the time and were flexible and understanding in their settling process. Our son found it quite a challenge, but we could see the care and compassion that all the staff had. The decision was eventually taken (after 8weeks of us all trying) that we would take some time out and that maybe my son wasn’t ready yet. I was grateful that they could see his needs through it all and recommended what was right for him. We went back at a year, and he settled ‘relatively’ smoothly, but we could see the difference. It was quite a moment for us all when he walked in without a tear. He’s now happy, and chatty and talks about the teachers and friends all the time! It’s wonderful to see. We can’t thank Rosewood enough for all of the support, care and fun they provide for the kids. I know there are so many challenges in childcare, but this team work hard and are always happy to chat if you have any questions, worries or concerns.”
