“Loria is amazing! I was so nervous for Puss's first time in a hotel whilst I was away but Loria kept me updated and reassured. I was sent gorgeous photos and his mood throughout. Even when booking I was given ample information so that paying was a breeze. And when picking him up, I was running late and Loria was oh so patient! Puss came back super chilled and playful, like there's a spring in his step! We will be back again, worth every penny!”

“Yesterday I phoned because my cat was having difficulty swallowing. I got through straightaway to a receptionist who was kind and understanding and gave me an immediate appointment. At the appointment the vet was clear about the problem, the cost, and next actions and possible outcomes. My cat was treated and we took her home a few hours later. Some grass was lodged in her throat and she had lost a lot of weight. The cost of £275 was well worth it. Thank you so much for your compassionate care.”

“The teaching and education is really good. The teachers are really helpful. The place is very clean and quiet and has everything you need. The college is accessible. The atmosphere is very friendly and nice and the receptionist is also very kind.”

“Amazing vets practice. All the staff vets, nurses, reception were so kind, considerate and compassionate while I cried. A lot. They saved my cat with a blocked bladder and gave the both of us excellent care throughout. Massively grateful.”

“One of the best 121 swimming classes I have had with Victoria. I have built my confidence and now feel I can swim much better after learning as a child but lost all mojo to do it. My family even commented on my swimming ability when going on holidays. Hayley and Victoria are so professional and friendly in what they do.”

“My child is about to leave East Barnet Bright Horizons and head off to school! And I’m so sad to have to leave we have both had the best experience at this nursery. We have been there since baby room all the way to preschool and every single staff member has cherished my little one and helped them to strive to the best of his abilities! “Contrary to other reviews, this is a good and supportive school with well educated staff and teachers. They are also not extremely strict like other schools which allows students here to form their identities without being stripped of their personal Liberty and freedom of self expression (like some other schools). Multicultural and diverse, you have students from all sorts of different backgrounds which enables you to mingle and form relationships with people from cultures all across the world. The education system is supportive. Staff is supportive. Cantine food is mediocre. I don’t know how things have changed from when I left 5 years ago, but from the time I was here, I enjoyed my secondary school experience. Other schools have it a lot worse, at friern Barnet you were enabled to be educated while not being autonomously ruled.”

“Classes here are educational and will heighten your academic performance for higher learning. The Teachers are very practical in their execution of lessons. Timing is flexible for classes, especially if you're an adult who's continuing your education. The college also has a department that helps with career paths and development. You can visit the site from Monday to Friday from about 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and inquire about enrollment in the library.”

“I joined Barnet and Southgate College 4 years ago and recently left to move onto university. I can honestly say with open heart that I had a truly amazing and meaningful time here. The tutors gave me hours of their time to assist me with both my academic work and my mental health. I became far better at exams, coursework, and my confidence grew. I stepped out of the college a different person and wouldn’t be where I am now without their support. I would highly recommend this college.”

“Attended for a Venogram recently. I found where I was supposed to be easily. The nursing staff were so friendly and helpful, reassuring me at every stage. One nurse introduced herself to me who I had spoken with on the phone earlier in the year. She had been so helpful explaining the purpose of the Venogram and arranging when I should attend. When taken to x-ray room it was like walking into a science fiction film set. Again, really lovely nurses and the radiographer explained everything. After the procedure they showed me on a screen what they had found, fascinating to see. Back to the ward where I was offered tea, coffee and a sandwich. The doctor came to see me to explain where we go from here in a really friendly, reassuring way. For that I am truly grateful. Thank you to all the medical team, 5 stars does not seem enough”
