“I had a trapped nerve in the neck which affected the whole of my right side. The pain was 8 out of 10. At one point 111 thought I was having a heart attack and sent me straight to a&e - fortunately enough the heart is in a good condition. But due to the junior docs strike I was just palmed off with a pulled muscle. I couldn’t even get an appt with my GP or out of hours service. So tried a chiropractor, who took X-rays and gave me the feed back that I needed a 12 week program to get the nerve treated. I took one treatment to start with and they left me in more pain than ever before. I ended up having to take 17 pain killers a day just to get thru the day until someone recommended Andrew. I was with Andrew for 1 hour, in that one hour he managed to straighten me up, I trapped the nerve, advised me on exercises that I could do whilst working that wouldn’t look out of place. Advised that the one treatment he done should be enough but if ‘I wanted’ to then I could book a second one. Andrew listened to my needs, dealt with the problem, gave fantastic advice and most of all - he was honest! His practice was warm, clean and inviting and he’s so friendly. I now see why Upminster First Rugby team use him - he has magic in his hands n. Thank you Andrew for fixing me too!”

Everything is always spotless, and you can see the staff's effort to keep it that way. Overall, Walthamstow Leisure Centre is my go- to place for table tennis and other recreational activities.
