From the moment I walked in Jayne was so helpful and I came away completely fitted out and extremely happy. She kindly tried different charges to see if it could be fixed, and when it didn’t work, she suggested I return the next day so the Manager could assist further. “I called up Adam and his sales director Jeremy three weeks before coming over from Belgium for a London weekend with some ideas on what I would like for two suits, asking if they would make any adjustments in a short time. Protests in London meant I could only reach them for a first visit on the Sunday, but by Monday early afternoon, not only had they helped select the perfect two tailored suits I needed, they had also adjusted them, made to measure. The quality of the tailoring is superb as are the materials. The greatest mod clobber experience I have ever had. Thanks.”
