    “I had my phone stolen on Monday and DPD were supposed to deliver the following day. They failed to, and then changed the delivery date to two days later. However, I needed my replacement phone. London life without it, is very difficult. My insurance provider agreed to have the phone delivered same day through City Sprint, but didn't give a time frame for them. I called them to let them know that I wasn't going to be home until 3.30 pm earliest, and was really stressed about missing the delivery. The delivery driver rang my office and kindly waited till I was home to deliver. Sue Norris on the customer service team was absolutely the kindest most helpful person in the world. In a world of AI nonsense, it was lovely to deal with some humanity. The kindness and commitment to doing the job is something I will not forget. Thank you.”
