“I was suffering from neck pain and exhausted all NHS treatment so I decided to give one last chance to get rid of 2 years of pain. I am a former professional athlete, still regularly training so this pain was really bothering me. I walked into the clinic, Martha treated me with her magic hands and I walked away pain free. It was a true miracle! The pain and stiffness returned after a few days although much less severe, I say 50% as Martha had anticipated. I then saw Martha weekly for a further 4 treatments and the symptoms were getting better and better. After the 5th session, differently from all other physiotherapists I tried in the past, she recommended to wait and see rather than having more treatment. 3 weeks later the pain had totally disappeared and I was still training, so no disruption to my routine. 6 weeks later I am still pain free and I can finally move my neck without any problems, I can read books and watch TV without having to constantly move, stretch and use all sorts of techniques to try and live a normal life. All of this without taking any medication which I am strongly against. As said I have tried many physiotherapists in the past and Martha is surely the best, au pair with the physiotherapist we had in the national rowing team in the 90s.
