“We had a fantastic experience. We went in without any knowledge of floors and by the time we walked out, Priscilla Krishnan made sure we knew everything. We were really impressed with the way she explained things patiently and her regular follow ups to ensure we were on track. It took us a good few months to order due to issues with our construction, but when the time came we went back to the store and placed the order with her. The delivery came on time with no issues. The product is very good and I'll recommend this to anyone.”

“The work speaks for itself in the photos attached. Completed on my driveway in a couple of hours, Patrick only requires a power supply and somewhere to park up next to the job. No mess left, no fuss, thoroughly professional and courteous communication by email and on site. This sort of things is always a worry - is the paint going to match, is the finish going to match, will the repair be noticeable, will they do 90% of the job and say that's enough, are they using poor quality materials etc? As you can see from the photos the affected area is like new. It looks and feels just as good up close. On top of the professional service and outstanding finish, Patrick's quote was highly competitive thanks to being a mobile company. They say that you should always go and get a couple of quotes for a job, and for this job I did. But I won't next time. There's no need. No one would be able to do it better than this.”

“Prior to their closure, I took my cars to a trusted garage. Since that point, I had been on the hunt for another trusted garage (which I believe can be difficult at times). But thankfully I came across DRA. From making an initial enquire via email (promptly answered), receiving a quote for the work needed, receiving an update on when the work was complete to making payment and collecting my cars (2 cars have been taken here so far at different points), I would find it a struggle to go somewhere else. As of recently, they were very very understanding regarding a payment issue, which can be stressful for both sides the customer and garage, but they were understanding and not aggressive in any manner. If you're looking for a garage that is honest, reasonably priced and professional, you've found it.”
