“Just had the most lovely pamper package with my daughter here. Laura and Debbie are super warm and welcoming. I wasn't expecting to be too relaxed given I was there with my 6 year old but as I said to Debbie my facial was sooo relaxing and I didn't even realise I had a headache until it was gone. They use lovely products like Neals Yard too. We are looking forward to coming back and hoping to make it a school holiday tradition.”

I always feel very comfortable and relaxed. I had a very bad experience before doing my eyelashes so I was very nervous about doing them again, however, Helena is so professional and made me feel at ease straight away. She is a very talented eyelash technician. My eyelashes always look amazing and I get so many compliments because they look so natural.”

“Anita is amazing ! I had my Persian Cat for 8 years and I had him groomed regularly. Last week was his first time with Anita. It was the least stressful time ever and in fact it was the first time that I actually stayed with him while he was being groomed. It was a real learning and educational experience, Anita was so gentle and loving and genuinely caring. She taught me so much and gave me so many tips on how to care for his specific needs and well being. She arrived to my house on time and was so warm and friendly. “I can always by default trust a Japanese salon and I can definitely say that I was not disappointed! I booked by emailing and received a prompt and polite reply. Easy and smooth booking. The atmosphere is really chill as it's in a quiet side road and you can't really hear the traffic which was nice. Most importantly I was really pleased with the actual service. We had a brief chat about how my hair is and what I wanted and what would work etc. She also taught me how to blow dry my hair. I was a bit embarrassed as I hadn't been to get my hair cut in ages but she was very chill and made me feel v.comfortable:) Overall, just a great way to spend my Friday evening! Thank you!”

I had manicure, gel extensions and gel designs for £65 but honestly I would’ve been happy to pay more for Klaudia’s skills and care.
