“Sutherland has been a great nursery! Our son really enjoyed his time there, but he had to leave due to relocation. The highlight was the staff who were very kind and sweet. My son settled very well after a couple of weeks. He often wanted a morning cuddle from the staff with a smile on his face when I dropped him off in the morning. They did lots of fun activities, like making cards, costume party, celebration for national book day and sensory activities. The management team is very responsive. When I asked about the dietary plan and requested more meals with meat/fish, they acted in a few days to increase to 4 days/week with meat/fish. We also like their onsite kitchen so all the food could be prepared freshly for our son :) Their financial manager Julia is very friendly and helpful. She usually replies my email promptly with detailed answers. When my son needed to leave after giving notice, they made some adaptation for our schedule and waived some of the fee. That was very appreciated! We were a bit shocked by the 48hr quarantine policy regardless of the child's illness. That was challenging for us as two full-time working parents, but the manager said that policy will be reviewed in the future. Overall, our experience with Sutherland was great!”

“My family started using Thames Laundry (Shepperton and Sunbury) for their home collection/return service (laundry/dry cleaning/ironing) about 2 years ago. Initially, we used them in an ad hoc way ...when our washing machine broke down or when we were time/energy poor due to work or illness or when we had a houseful of guests generating extra laundry. The convenience of having home collection and delivery is fabulous and booking it all in online is so straightforward and flexible with all the scheduling options. We now use Thames Laundry each week for ironing bedlinen which is a huge help. Their service is so reliable , great quality and convenient... and they are also really very nice to deal with. Highly recommend.”

I seemed impossible for me to get my children back because they were in the UK and I was in Pakistan coming from poor family everyone around me thought it could never happen.
