“We went to visit this brand new store to discover the full new Home Season Accessories and mirrored furniture for our bedroom that I want and also for my little one's bedroom and after our nice snack at Costa coffee located on the first floor with partial view to the home section. I must say that it is refreshing to be in this airy spacious store where you can see a big variety of items Next have and also benefit with the natural light you can see the real colours of the goods. The ladies in the Home section are very helpful and friendly . The time flies walking through the spacious aisles without feel tight or cramped. Certainly my husband and I will back very soon. The parking was also very spacious and well designed.”

“I was at another surgery and my doctor retired and the service had really deteriorated so changed to Schopwick approximately a year ago. I am blown away by the service I receive at this doctors. Nothing is too much trouble. Everyone you speak to receptionists, doctors, nurses are all so friendly and helpful and they all go out of their way to help you. The first doctor I saw was Dr Khattak and saw her a few times, such a lovely, kind manner and really helpful with my medical needs. I have seen other doctors too all have been really good. Dr Badiani is also fab, he removed 2 cysts that were causing me problems and was so knowledgeable and thorough. It’s amazing that you can get these procedures done at a GP surgery. Obviously no one wants to have to see doctors out of choice but when you do need to it’s lovely to know you are in great hands with really helpful and friendly staff. This is often a rarity with the NHS so stretched. Thank you to all the staff at Schopwick survey”

“Dani - the groomer has a lovely calm empathetic demeanour. I was really impressed with her and how she treated my 13 year old Foster dog. I believe she is moving to another branch soon. Definitely New Malden’s loss. Thank you Dani, you went above and beyond to make sure Benji was calm and comfortable. I’d definitely travel to the next branch and ask for her personally for Benji’s next groom.”

“I started having physio treatment with Julia just after a recent RTA. The hands on approach got to the root of the problem straight away. She also gave me a List of exercises to do to help the problem. After 2 months of treatment I can honestly say that I feel so much better and my moments have improved. I'd like to thank Julia for her professionalism and the way she's helped me get through this.”

Max was extremely knowledgeable and very reassuring. He was gentle yet confident when handling our baby bearded dragon; provided great care and gave us all the instructions needed to administer home care. My son felt listened to and supported at every moment. He said that Max was so kind and gentle that he wants to make sure we leave a good review with 5 stars. The loan of raquets is a great way to ensure a player is happy with the make weight of a tennis raquet. Even down to the correct grip. Highly recommend a Yonex and going to this shop with david lloyds Raynes Park when you need to purchase a tennis raquet.”

“My second child to spend her toddler years with Step by Step just had her last day here. To say we're all emotional to officially close our Step by Step chapter is an understatement. The level of care they showed both my girls was so much more than I ever expected. The staff are incredible, supportive, and helpful with every request. But more importantly, they took such amazing care of my children and helped them develop skills and get prepared for big school. My child looked forward to nursery, loved going to the "hair dresser", loved playing in the garden with her friends and all the messy play they got to do. She loved the baby chick's and getting to take Remi bunny home. She formed real bonds with her teachers and friends. When we went to the nursery for events, I could see the bond and trust she had formed with the teachers, and she's the type to be gaurded and take a while to warm up so to see this was beautiful. They made nursery a home away from home. The staff supported us through everything- nap times, saying goodbye to the dummy, potty training, picky eating habits, learning to share and forming friendships, speech challenges, and everything else a child goes through when they grow from ages 1 to 4. I want to thank every single staff member, from Riz and Kelly who run the day to day to every teacher who helped her grow. She loved her time here and we're really going to miss you all. If you are looking for a nursery to care for your babies the way you do, this is the place.”
