“I was an extremely happy regular customer, the food is exquisite. Good size portions and the quality is great. I'm very choosey about my food, and they have never let me down. I've since moved to Swindon, and regularly get food collected by family and brought down to me, because it really is the best. If it wasn't 2 hours away, I'd happily pay a delivery charge to get it !! The customer service is second to none, they really take pride in their food and creating the best meal for you. I’ve been living here for a year now, and it’s been a truly enjoyable experience. The team, especially Hafeez, is incredibly welcoming, genuine, and knowledgeable—whenever I stop by to chat, I always leave feeling well taken care of. The apartments are spacious with high-quality finishes, and the amenities, particularly the co-working space and rooftop, are outstanding.”

“I had been in search of a new dining table for a few months and having not ventured into Croydon Centre for over a year was unaware that there is a great Next Outlet store in the Centrale Centre. Now when I say that this is a great store let me clarify, whilst the store is well stocked it is not your high-end retail store but it makes up for its shortcomings with a fantastic team of customer service personnel. I found a team of three young ladies moving, wrapping and selling large items of furniture, seemingly all at once, these ladies were taking the multi-tasking skill to a whole new level. Laura, Seratu and Teressa are truly a force of nature and if you need an example of exemplary customer service then look no further, I received absolutely first class service from Seratu when purchasing my Laura Ashley side table, as I needed to know the original price and material and she took the time to look up the item online and provide me with the requested information which allowed me to make an informed choice and purchase an item I had no intention of buying when I entered the store. If you are in need of furniture or clothing you would be crazy not to check out some of the great deals available at the Next Outlet Store in Croydon, located on the ground floor of the Centrale Shopping Centre. I called the restaurant and they were genuinely sorry and very apologetic and got us a replacement promptly. How they react to a problem is often how I judge a place and this was good customer service. As for the food... excellent all round and we will definitely use again. Impressed!”

Great atmosphere but even better service and friendly staff, the jacket potato packed way more than I bargained for, for £5 for a chilli con-carne and cheese and £2.30 for an Americano. If you’re in the area and need to work make sure to get down here, it’s perfect.”
