Travelling to the Bahamas for our honey moon, I wanted nothing less than the whole 9 yards for experience. I first lifted the phone to a gentlemen by the name of Ozan, he was rather professional and accommodating with a sense of personality. My wife in particular requested sparking water and a pouch of M&Ms, a must have in our book. When our Mercedes-Benz EQ450 arrived we were greeted by a friendly driver who presented us with a spacious cabin. Low and behold I was flabbergasted to find the M&Ms and sparkling water were sitting in the rear arm rest. The whole journey and process was stress free and a breath of fresh air compared to other services I’ve used. An example of a business that truly listens to its customers, Would highly recommend to anyone and will be contacting them again in future when in need of transport.”

“I have been visiting Toolstation, Beckenham on a regular basis for nearly a year. It has become like a second home! Customer service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Items can be easily ordered, if not in stock and can be returned if not suitable. Michael Tasker served me today and has done on many previous occasions. He is a charming young man, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help. I was not rushed or made to feel a nuisance, especially when others were waiting. I am always treated with the utmost respect. I would also like to mention Ed, who has served me on many occasions in the past too. He has always been patient and helpful, especially when deciding which handles to choose as I was replacing all my internal door handles. It was no trouble for Ed to open several boxes of handles so I could make a decision. He also carried two huge tubs of Wallrock paste to my car, without hesitation. These two young men are a huge asset to Toolstation and I hope they will be rewarded for their excellent service. I have also been served by many other members of staff and all have given the same high standard of service. Well done guys and ladies! Thanks to all of you.”

Ryan and James were really friendly and there were options laid out for us ready to go when we arrived. Ryan led us through the tasting expertly and was able to answer all of our questions. “Selsdon Nature Reserve is a wonderful place to walk the dogs. There many loads of different tracks around the woods and fields, easy to get lost but just keep walking and you will eventually find your way back to the car. There are various entry points, I prefer using the car park which can get full but you can then park on the road. Mostly dry over the summer months, winter it can get very muddy, all part of the fun they tell me…..”

“Calm and a relaxing place. Lots of geese, swans, ducks and other birds. Feeding of the birds are allowed (bird seed, duck feed, grains like wheat, corn and uncooked oats only, no bread please). Good place to visit with children. There is also a small children's park nearby.”
