“The best service we've ever had from an insurance company. I'm an 8 year old Viszla called Bella. I've been insured with LV for 4 years and never been ill, not even a cold. But when I got a couple of lumps on my tummy and leg and they were getting bigger the vet said I should have them removed as a precaution. She did it the following week and I went home wearing a very un-flattering doggy onesie to cover my stitches. Anyway, I went back on Monday and I've got the all clear! Horray! My human said he got through to another human on the phone and was sent a claim form by email. It was very easy to fill in and the vet sent it off for him last week. “We went for my son’s 9th birthday and everything was great. My son loved the food and he is a fussy eater! He ate the tomato pasta with garlic bread. Six people came including three adults and three children. Two children ate adult meals and all rated 5*s. I loved the atmosphere and the chef and waitress were amazing and attentive. I ate the seafood spaghetti and I enjoyed it i would say 4 out of 5. The pizza looked amazing and the calamari are definitely the two that stood out and we all took a liking to. My seat did need a shake to remove a little mess and the table had minor crumbs. Otherwise the table was ready when we arrived as I called ahead. All was put right quickly and we all very much enjoyed the meal.”

My wife in particular requested sparking water and a pouch of M&Ms, a must have in our book. When our Mercedes-Benz EQ450 arrived we were greeted by a friendly driver who presented us with a spacious cabin. Low and behold I was flabbergasted to find the M&Ms and sparkling water were sitting in the rear arm rest. The whole journey and process was stress free and a breath of fresh air compared to other services I’ve used. An example of a business that truly listens to its customers, Would highly recommend to anyone and will be contacting them again in future when in need of transport.”
