“I want to thank practice nurse Persis from Valley Park Surgery and greatly recommend that other patients try to ask to see her if possible. I had an appointment for a blood test this morning and was attended by her. She was very professional and friendly and was super efficient in her work. had countless blood test experiences in the past where some nurses would fumble for many long minutes to find the correct vein on my arm but Persis managed it on first try. It was simply a matter of applying sterilisation swipe, insert needle, and draw away. The whole process did not feel like it took more than an entire minute. So amazingly efficient! To me, what separated Persis from many other nurses I have seen in different GP surgeries in the past was that she was very thorough. She had clearly reviewed my medical records before seeing me and knew that I had yet to book an appointment for another test that was overdue so she offered to do that test for me since I was already there. And again, she was so skilled and efficient. A minute or two later, it was done! Amazing! Honestly it would have taken me more time to try to book an appointment online than having the test done by Persis! Thank you so much Persis! You exemplified what an excellent medical staff should be not through your words but through your actions.❤️”

“Had a really lovely experience at Wagamama over the weekend. I was having a rare child-free day and was on FaceTime with my mother who lives abroad, and my server, Fatima, was just wonderful. She helped me choose the pork belly ramen - something I’d never tried before - and it was absolutely the right choice: comforting, flavourful, and perfect for the cold weather. Fatima was genuinely warm and personable, and even took a moment to be sweet and engaging with my mom on FaceTime. It was such a small gesture, but it made the whole experience feel really human and memorable. Service like that is exactly why I keep coming back to Wagamama. Fatima is a real credit to the team, and her warmth made the whole visit feel extra special.”

“I’m a regular customer at Domino’s and I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed. The shop is always spotless and beautifully kept, and the staff are absolutely lovely—so helpful and welcoming every single time. They always greet me with the biggest smile, which really makes a difference. As for the pizzas? Perfect, every time. Hot, fresh, and delicious. Couldn’t ask for better service or food. “Very nice hotel. Is not expensive but the services are very good for the money. The rooms are clean, every day the cleaners change the bed sheets, towels and consumables. The rooms have big LCD TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, mini fridge, safe and microwave oven. The room doors are locked with electronic latches wich sometimes doesn't work properly because of magnetic cards, but the problem is very well known by the hotel employees and they will change your card without any problems. Parking is not free and you can park at the basement of the hotel or into Ibis hotel parking.”

“Our first time at Flip out, Croydon. We had our son's birthday there today. It was great and the staff were fantastic. Priyanka was our party host and we could not have asked for any more from her. Even though they were very busy, she was always smiling and ready to help with any requests. Nothing was too much to ask. It was an excellent service all round and the place was fun for the kids. This isn’t the first time she has attended to me, and each experience with her has been nothing short of excellent. The very first time I came here, the lift wasn’t working and I had very heavy luggage. I was stressed, but Rashmi handled the situation with so much patience, kindness, and calmness. She reassured me, made me feel completely at ease, and even arranged a room closer so that it wouldn’t be difficult or tiring for me. That thoughtful gesture has stayed with me. Since then, every time I’ve returned, Rashmi has always shown the same level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness. She remembers guests, she listens, and she truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is comfortable. People like Rashmi are the reason guests return. She is an absolute credit to the hotel, and I’m truly grateful for all her help.”

“A nice hotel with the carpark at the front, there's no lift only stairs, the rooms are large and there are no bath tubs. There is an interconnecting door from Travelodge to Toby Carvey, it's located between the hotel reception and the stair case, it's easy not to notice it, I only noticed it when I was in Toby Carvey and went to the Gents toilets which is actually in Travelodge side.”
