“UPDATED (Original review follows, marked with '***'). Now been servicing my '03 9-5 Aero with Nelson for several years, so can be sure if my earlier judgement! Superb quality of work, always fully explaining and detailing everything done; no just writing 'Full service' on the job sheet - he provides every test result, item checked, consumables topped up etc. etc., which is fantastic and over and above. Always excellent value too, meaning even things that may be a 'big job' are less of a fear (had my brakes all round upgraded with bigger callipers, discs and pads all round for a very reasonable fee a couple of years back). Exactly the sort of good, honest small family business that will keep many Saabs (and other brands I'm sure) safely and comfortably motoring for years. Will be a huge loss when Nelson decides to hang up his tech 2 and enjoy a very well earned retirement!! ***Brilliant prompt, friendly and helpful service; a great family business that deserves all the business they get, especially when it comes to Saab servicing/repairs. So few specialists left that are this good! Had a CEL come on and some intermittent stalling - checked various issues myself and swapped in some new easy to replace parts without success. Just about managed to nurse the car to NDS, and within seconds of starting the car and driving, Nelson had figured the problem out (a loose hose, in an extremely tricky to spot location without lifting the car!). Fixed within 30 mins, also diagnosed an additional likely issue I'd not spotted and advised of a best value DIY fix. “I have been a customer here for the last 15 years ! I was there today with a large nail in my front tyre and I thought to myself, here goes another £250 :-( Then I am greeted by a lovely lady at reception, warm, friendly, welcoming but professional and works like a busy bee - answering phones, greeting customers, look to keep everything running - she is absolutely wonderful ! The tyre chap came back saying that they can actually fix the puncture and I did not nee to spend so much - what a relief ! The chap was on the ball and it did not take them 15 minutes to fix the tyre - one happy customer left that store. I know because they are so good you do need to book in advance, but that's what happens when you get quality work ! I HIGHLY recommend Kwik Fit Cricklewood and I do all my car work, tyres, MOT etc., there . GREAT job guys - keep it up !”

“Perfect Touch are a very well run organisation, every individual I’ve had the pleasure to deal with has been extremely friendly and professional. I’ve been a customer of theirs for the last few years and would recommend them as the go to garage for any car in particular high performance vehicles. I first went to Perfect Touch to have a complete engine overhaul as those that know the 911/996 comes with an inherent issue of piston and boar failure, perfect touch rectified this for me yes it was costly but a lot less expensive than Porsche themselves. Since then I’ve continue to employ their services, they know my vehicle and more importantly they know me and look after me, what sets them apart from Porsche is the personal touch of treating me as valuable customer.”

“Took my 911 to Onyx to have the springs changed for a set of 20mm lowered Eibachs. Really friendly service, a nice clean unit and Ben kept me fully up to date on everything going on. Received the car back and although the job took a lot longer than they thought, they only charged me a bit more. Still a very good price compared to what independent Porsche garages wanted, and the Onyx facility looked a lot better than most of those too. Really pleased with how the car looks now, and the handing/ride hasn't been adversely affected - it really feels planted to the road now. While I was there I couldn't resist a run on the dyno, something I've not done for many years! Definitely a lot of fun, and nice to get a graph to put with the folder of my car, along with the videos of it on the rollers. If you have a performance car definitely do this if you are local. All in all, a great bunch of lads with a nice business/facility going, and I'm sure I'll be back at some point. Thanks!”
