“Got a haircut from the young African British guy on the last chair when you walk in. He was doing a great job with the blade and then loads of customers randomly came into the shop 10 minutes after me and then the 2 other barbers started talking in their African language telling him to hurry up. I told my barber to ignore the uncles and take his time. Paid my barber double the price £40 in cash and gave him a cold bottle of water from the local corner shop because it’s a hot day! Moral of the story, “Don’t tell your colleague to rush someone’s haircut” I could easily give this shop a 1 star review but I’m not because I believe in giving people second chances!”

“Sciatica treatment. Firstly I’m terrified of needles. But I was in so much pain I was desperate to see anybody who could help. All the chiropractors in my area were fully booked so I stumbled across Dr Hong and Herbal medic acupuncture clinic on Google. I had two treatments a week for the first four sessions and after that three more treatments, at a week apart. I began to feel better after my second treatment and fully healed after my sixth session. I can’t thank Dr Hong enough. She is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The clinic is spotless, and the team is so friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole process much easier. The laser hair removal results have been amazing! Even after just two sessions, I’ve already noticed a huge difference. I’m sure that by the time I complete all eight sessions, the results will be even better—of course, depending on skin type. “Went for a different cut which was quite a bit shorter than the usual. I was persuaded to trust the hairdresser and that he would make it look good. They were right, it did look good ! I was happy with the change. The couple were friendly and the lady gave me a great head massage during the shampoo. We were glad of the recommendation.”

“I booked the balayage package with Adam after seeing an instagram advert which offered the cheapest price for balayage I’d seen in London. I thought it might be too good to be true but it absolutely was not - he was exceptional ! This was my favourite hair cut and colour I’ve ever had. Adam recommended a colour that would suit me (ash brown) but was very receptive when I told him I wanted something more golden and delivered exactly what I wanted ! He was very friendly and professional. Although the price I paid was slightly more than the £99 offered, it was for very good reason and he clearly explained why and checked it was okay before starting (I needed my previously orangey toned dyed hair to be dyed brown before the balayage), which gave me the ideal results. Adam was meticulous and spent so much time on my hair to make sure it was exactly what I wanted, and I feel that the service given was well worth more than the £99 he charged. I could not recommend Adam’s service more and I will definitely be back !!”

My nail tech Narges was very friendly and her attention to detail was great. She really did go above and beyond making sure to make the colour and design from my picture.
