That said I’m most attracted to this company by the very pleasant human interaction with their sales staff: it’s like chatting to your friends down the pub. The ultimate answers are the same but the manner in which the questions are asked and the ensuing discussions make for a conversational interaction unlike the usual robotic script reading operatives I’ve had to deal with elsewhere.
