The atmosphere in the shop is very welcoming and Kat made me feel comfortable and made sure the placement and size was how i wanted it. She even gave me suggestions how i should position it as i was a bit unsure and now i love the placement. I booked in for a hygienist clean with Louise and was quite nervous given I haven't had a clean in YEARS (shocking, I know).
