This was absolutely not the case at this salon! Chloe took so much time and effort and the highlights and cut look absolutely beautiful. One of the best services I’ve ever received! I especially recommend this if you are having blonde highlights. Chloe got the exact colour I wanted and even lifted the brassiness off the ends of my hair.
