“Just ordered 2 margherita pizzas and tiramisu for 2, the pizza was very nice however they’ve put both tiramisu’s in 1 container on top of each other, the bottom one is so obvious that was ruined way before the trip its all mushy and you cant even see the shape of it, this isnt the level of service I would expect as these are not free and not cheap, would never buy online from here ever again. UPDATE:28.09.25- I was contacted by the manager from the enfield branch who was very apologetic and offered a £20 voucher to dine in any of the prezzo restaurants, thank you for contacting me and looking into this!”

The chips were proper—thick, golden, and seasoned just right. But the real star was the chicken burger. “We placed an order on Deliveroo and the restaurant was closed but it still went their to deliveroo. So as the order got delayed I gave the restaurant a call and the owner fulfilled our order. Unknowingly the restaurant was closed! So he literally turned on his wood fire oven to fulfil our order. I mean, this truly is dedication to providing high service level. The pizza was amazing.
