Every time I go in, he greets customers with a smile and treats everyone with respect, no matter how busy he is. He remembers regular customers, often asks how your day has been, and even makes small talk that feels friendly but never forced. He’s also really helpful, On top of that, he keeps the shop clean, well-stocked, and open late, which shows he cares about the community. “I stayed here for a Dimash Qudaibergen concert on the 12th Nov, 2025 at the Ovo. The hotel was filled with dears (fans) from accross the world. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfie. Breakfast was also amazing, fresh variety of food, good value for money. Overall great hotel I can recommend.”
