“Receptionist is an African lady. Have never found her to be rude perhaps the previous reviewer mistook her accent for being rude. She’s lovely. I don’t think I have ever thought anyone in there had been rude towards me ever. They make calls to remind you of your appt The current dentist is excellent. And the nurse too. It was actually funny listening to them chat away as they worked Always feel at ease with them. Found them extremely amiable and been coming here for thirty years. Iv seen a few dentists come and go over the years and never had an issue, all dentists are very busy. So it’s Important to keep the appointments. But they will go above and beyond to help you. I think they are great. And feel lucky to have one that’s consistent in quality of work and concern for nervous patients. Most definitely 5 stars.”

I was given meaningful options to choose between and felt well informed to make my choices. Got X rays done, everything was on time and friendly. I liked the ground floor café. Toys were about for my little one.”

“I've been a patient here for 11 years and have always had a swift appointment time as I've been flexible when I could attend , the rare times I've had to rearrange they've been very helpful and also given swift referrals for wisdom tooth extraction. All in all this is very efficiently run surgery with friendly staff from receptionists to dental nurses and dentists. I have only had good experiences here and can only speak highly of this medical establishment.”

“I have been a patient at Warren Medical practice for years. There has been a genuine attempt over the last year or so to make improvements in the way the practice is managed. There is more communication with patients in terms of follow up calls and reminders of appointments. I have only seen two GPs; Dr Khider and Dr Vani at the surgery. Both have always been professional, take time to listen and always explain things clearly when you have questions.”
