Our designer Rosie is excellent in her communications, attention to details and creative ideas, and she really brought our dream kitchen and other room designs into reality. When encountering tricky design/ installation issues due to the room layout, the team including also Nik and Alex would not settle for the second best option, and would always spend time to present the best design forward. You really can count on Artizan for a great design for your family needs, smooth project management and neat installation on an affordable budget - even our builders were impressed by their output. I really can't fault the Artizan team for anything at all.”

“I very recently attended a five day Microcementing course with Andy. I had researched and spoken to a number of other courses all of which I found were uninterested in me but just wanted me to purchase the products they were pushing, the majority of courses out there are less than three days. Andy’s course was 5 days and it was very very good. We completed so much detailed work, not only in Microcementing but in other products and finishes too which only added to my skillset and understanding of the materials. Andy’s knowledge and teaching techniques are second to none and I genuinely feel it was a game changer having completed the five day course with him. Beware of other, shorter cowboy courses advertised with other companies. If you want a professional full to the brim hands on course this is for you!! Andy’s after course assistance is also fantastic, I speak with him regularly about jobs and he gives me advice and tips to help the process run smoothly, when you buy into his course you get the link with Andy forever and thats what is key to enable future works to go smoothly!! He is not pushy with his products and his Microcement however his products and Microcement is the best out there and excellent value for money. His advice, skillset and knowledge is genuinely the difference between his courses and others out there. He’s great crack too !!”

Roger is very down-to-earth and knowledgeable, you don't get the 'hard sell' but you get access to wealth of his experience. It's worthwhile having a good idea of your specification as it's much easier for them to work with you and get to a quick solution. Design and installation process was smooth. Couple of snagging issues meant return trips from the installers (not Osborne employees) but Martina & Roger were helpful in getting things sorted out. Two years on and I still completely love my 'new' kitchen. I'm writing this review from my island :0)”

“Was planning on going to the popular cafe next door but the line was over 2 hours and so we decided to to give this place a go as the food looked good and it was busy but no queue. Very happy that we did as it was a lovely breakfast. The full English had everything you could want and was fresh. The hollandaise sauce on the eggs Benedict was lovely too. Amazing bubble and squeak. Don’t bother waiting in the queue for next door. Come here!”

“The Bespoke Sofa London warehouse, located between South Acton Overground station and Acton Town tube station is a showroom space that offers a wide variety of sofas, armchairs, dining chairs and so much more furniture that not everything can be seen on site! The service from owner Najib Juya has been very friendly, personal and patient. The huge choice of different types of fabrics, different colours and different price ranges guarantees something for most people’s tastes and budgets. The bespoke service was so flexible that I could adjust anything from the back of the armchair, the height of the arms, the height and colour of the legs to the type of cushion material whether loose or not and how firm or soft it would be. Another huge advantage is that Najib will give you the flexibility of bringing the furniture in separate parts to your home in case it wouldn’t fit in these old London Victorian buildings with awkward, narrow entrances and small doors. Needless to say that the furniture would then be assembled by his own people in your home at the time of delivery. The delivery times are not too long compared to other companies. I placed my order for the 2 armchairs on the 24/3/2025 and we received them on the 14/4/2025. Also well worth mentioning that they’ve completely refurbished and repaired our old damaged double seated antiques sofa bench (also featured in the pictures) and left it like new! Najib accepts most payment methods including card payments, bank transfers and cash payments which is so convenient! At this moment, he still has another small two floor showroom in 559 Kings Road, SW6.”
