“This is my favourite corner/off license shop, the staff are so friendly and kind and I come here every few days per week in the mornings to grab a breakfast/lunch - this is the only nearby place to my work that has fresh and delicious halal sandwiches along with baguettes, rolls, rice pots etc - I’m always greeted in a friendly manner by the owners they are so kind. I consider myself a regular by now!”

“Went for the premium lunch menu as a birthday treat and it was all worth it. Delicious spinach salad to start, succulent gyozas, melt in your mouth tuna tartare and the sushi and sashimis were fresh tasting. Lamb cutlets are memorable, the beef fillet was cooked as we asked but definitely needs the ginger sauce to highlight it. Abundant rice given on the side. The server was so sweet singing happy birthday and personalising the dessert.”

“My husband and I popped in for a ramen. The food was delicious and arrived in a decent time frame. I do feel that the portions are not very generous for the price. I understand charging for extra meat but believe some additional noodles would be beneficial to the portion size. We spent just under £20 on a dish each and honestly I cannot tell you that I left full. The restaurant was not busy while we were there but yet when we wanted to pay we waited a while to be able to ask someone for it.”

“I have ordered from Kiru more than 13 times since January 2023. They are hands down the best sushi restaurant I’ve found in London. They consistently deliver quality food and I haven’t had a single bad order order from them, it’s ALWAYS amazing. You can easily taste the care and love put into their food! I do hope they consider bringing back some of the hot food options like the chicken katsu or miso soup.”
