I have met so many GPs in the past and I am very grateful for the wonderful service I get from Broadmead surgery. The Practice Nurses are lovely and kind. Ready to answer all my queries. The receptionists are helpful. Especially the youngish ones. I have never encountered anything worth complaining about at all. Even the pharmacy is efficient.
