“Graeme is a well-informed and efficient adviser who gives clear explanations of the servive he provides. He regularly updates me and has an easy and approachable manner. What could your adviser do better? Can't think of anything Graeme is a very friendly person who is very easy to talk too and he always listens and takes on board what we have asked for. What we have liked about Graeme is he has always taken the time to make sure we fully understand the advice he has given as well as fully explaining all the options we have.We would not hesitate in recommending Graeme to anyone else as he has made sure we are happy and fully understand what we have undertaken unlike some of the advice we have had from other advisors in the past. He is extremely hard working and responsive and somehow always manages to respond rapidly and correctly. He is also capable of lateral thinking, i.e using a vast amount of factual knowledge to reach the right solution for his clients while safeguarding their interests totally. This is something that most people who charge fees for providing very important services to the public are totally incapable of providing and as demonstrated day after day are also totally devoid of any form of conscience. Graeme Mackay is one of a very small select number of Financial Advisers that do their job exceptionally well on behalf of their clients and therefore could not be more highly recommended. Graeme listens to what my requirements are and asks relevant questions. Discusses the sort of options available that will meet my requirement. Sources relevant products and then discusses them with me to make sure I understand the product Reviews my investments and advises me of any changes I should make, in particular if investemnts are not performing What could your adviser do better? I think Graeme does everything required, he spends a lot of time with me going through all my requirements, discussing the financial issues for and against. Comes up with suitable products which he explains to me. Reviews changing needs and the performance of my investments. Graeme is easy to talk to, he is patient when I don't understand anything and I he takes on board my requirement. I would be sad to loose him as my Financial Advisor”

“After much deliberation over my steadily declining eyebrows, i did some research and saw some really good reviews for Nicole. I booked a consultation and was impressed how professional her home set up is. I felt listened to and she walked me through everything i had any reservations about. I went in for my first appointment which took a little under 3 hours. Nicole painstakingly mapped my brow shape, drew them on and from there we tweaked it to a shape i was happy with. The tattooing machine itself was not painful, more a little grating towards the ens. Once the outline was completed Nicole popped some numbing gel on so i didn't feel anything in the main. Upong completion, we had a look together, added a couple of bits where we agreed it was necessary. Then she talked me through the aftercare. I have a top up appointment coming up which is included in the 1st appt costs. I have been thrilled with how well they have turned out and i have had so many complementa on how natural they look. This is exactly what i wanted to achieve. I can't recommend Nicole enough Pictures added to show one day after and 2 weeks later”

Becky always does an amazing job with our Golden Doodle, she has never looked better. She's also lovely with the dogs, very patient and kind. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.”
