Always going well out of their way providing the best service, staff are fantastic, delivery drivers are extremely helpful, and even cover over products when dropped of too avoid them getting rained on. Above all extremely fairly priced. Would strongly recommend doing a price comparison on any building products from other suppliers as I have noticed just how much the competition has become more expensive. The timber is 1st class Quality and have a fantastic on hand tools. Massive thanks for all your help!”

“When I called Sarah for help with our daughters lice, it was pretty much our final roll of the dice before shaving the lot off. We'd tried multiple shampoos, mousses, sprays, combs, coconut oil, tea tree, silent prayer, witchcraft... all to no avail. From the get-go, Sarah made my 3yo feel extremely relaxed – with a bit of help from Elsa and Anna – and went about destroying the lice we'd struggled with for a year. Sarah is not only an expert, she knows how to handle unruly kids (and frustrated adults), and she has a few good stories to tell too. “A Covid test will never be as pleasant as a massage. The best we can hope for is that it's not any more unpleasant than absolutely necessary. I had booked the 12 hour fit-to-fly PCR test, was served at the time booked, given the choice to self-test under supervision or have the staff do it, and staff were very polite throughout - nothing to complain here. The result arrived after less than six hours - very happy with that. In an ideal world, I would never do a Covid test again, but in the real world, if I need one in the future, I'm likely to use the same service.”

Sources relevant products and then discusses them with me to make sure I understand the product Reviews my investments and advises me of any changes I should make, in particular if investemnts are not performing What could your adviser do better? I think Graeme does everything required, he spends a lot of time with me going through all my requirements, discussing the financial issues for and against. Comes up with suitable products which he explains to me. Reviews changing needs and the performance of my investments. Graeme is easy to talk to, he is patient when I don't understand anything and I he takes on board my requirement. I would be sad to loose him as my Financial Advisor”
