“I had originally booked a carpet clean with a different company who let me down on the booking process, and I’m so that they did because I have now discovered number one carpet cleaning. Super company. Booking process was super efficient, prices were clear and fair. The gentleman who did the job today (Varban) did a really fantastic job - the carpets & couch look brand new again. He was also so considerate of the fact I had babies in the home at the time of the clean, making sure to keep noise down so they could nap. Will definitely use this company again for future cleans. “A hidden gem in a great location. I couldn’t have asked for more while up in London working. The accommodation was incredibly comfortable and peaceful and the owners were on hand if needed but otherwise left you to it. They were very helpful when the internet went down (not their fault! There were works being done in the area) and even removed a rather large spider! Fresh pain au chocolat every day and Nespress coffee machine too. A really brilliant find and I’ll come again as well as recommend to my friends.”

“Anastas from Service Master Kingston arrived right on time and even phoned ahead to confirm. I left him to work unsupervised, and he did an excellent job throughout. He managed to remove small marks from the carpets that I thought were permanent, even though they were just normal wear and tear. He moved furniture carefully and placed mats beneath items to prevent any moisture damage. The carpets now look like new! Denise in the office was also a pleasure to deal with and made everything very straightforward. Four bedrooms, two living rooms, a landing, and two flights of stairs are now spotless. Absolutely delighted with the service — highly recommend Service Master Kingston!”
