“service was awesome. went in with my partner and got seated in a nice place - not crammed between millions of others like some restaurants love to do. great use of space especially considering it wasn’t super busy! We always order through the QR code and the food and drinks came out fast. i didn’t get their name, however, i believe it was either the manager maybe the assistant manager (judging off of the fact they weren’t in uniform but rather in more formal clothes) was super awesome too! they’re currently having a tissue shortage due to stock not arriving. when i asked if we could get any napkins they quickly apologised for them not being there and got slightly different napkins which i assume were for the dispensers out back but great problem solving!”

“An outstanding M&S branch. Pristine clean, in immaculate order and superb staff who have great product knowledge and are warm, friendly & professional. Real ambassadors for the brand. They stock M&S advertised items like the Isle of Wight summer selection tomatoes, the strawberry sandwich & red diamond strawberries which are not available at other stores nearby. I love that M&S support British farmers & have more seasonal produce. I do wish M&S would open up in Winchmore Hill as it suits their demographic but I would probably get fat if they did so! Worth the trip to Southgate. Highly recommended.”

But out of 100 people who shopped on sane days as I, had sane opinion, lovely store,but let down by cold ,unfriendly and very unhelpful staff. A smile costs nothing,please and thanks go a long way to improve service, but this hasn't changed on any occasion I've visited. Shame the staff don't like serving customers, don't smile or speak, may as well become AI store in that department, but great selection of goods is its only saving grace . Common deceny is a nice touch in ANY business. Thank you”
