“Went here last Thursday as heard they did a good quiz night. Had a burger and a couple of pints of Guinness zero; burger was top notch, proper gourmet stuff and we really enjoyed the quiz, we somehow won! Only downside was that it was a bit quiet, probably helped us win the quiz though. Staff were great, very friendly and welcoming.”

The shop is always spotless and beautifully kept, and the staff are absolutely lovely—so helpful and welcoming every single time. I highly recommend its place for its character, service and of course food! We have ordered all vegetarian dishes and were well fed with beautifully served on a plate very tasty, authentic food! My son and myself have had an impression that we have been lucky to be a guest at some Taiwanese family home and were pampered with a well cooked home food! “Just went for the first time and it certainly won’t be my last. It’s an excellent menu, really great options. A good mix of hearty stuff, but nice lighter options too. Meat, fish and veggie options. The place is clean and beautiful, service was spot on and the food was fresh and really well cooked. Absolutely delicious! The prices are really good. Pint of Amstel is £5.50 which is rare these days. The portions were also generous. Can’t wait to go back!”

“lovely staff and good amount of seating area. i had the cinnamon roll more than once it was very nice! not everyone can perfect the roll but it suited my preference for it well. there’s an upstairs with a lighter environment great for doing work and a downstairs area which is a bit moodier but a nice place to read books just depending on your preference.”
