“I go to this Starbucks because Lauren and the team really care about their jobs. Which would be unique anywhere, but they are the only coffee shop in Romford that does. Consistently exceptional! Today Natasha, at 1 minute to closing happily made me a flat white and only after completing the drink did they realise that they hadn't included the extra shot. With the stress of customers having to be sho'ed away every 30 seconds because they can see me in there. Having supposed to have finished... That still... Without hesitation. Put the coffee to the side and made another, with three shots and arguably better Latte Art than the one before, was fantastic and shows a very solid moral courage! I felt respected! Thank you all, it's a pleasure being your customer.”

“This is a great pub in the summer with its roof garden but also in winter with its roaring fire a great place to go. What is not to like about Wetherspoons? Food is great for the price, drink prices can’t be beaten and the staff have the discretion to sort out any problems on the spot.
