“Definitely our favourite pizza for miles around and the service is amazing too. We ordered through Just Eat but the app was behaving strangely so we phoned the restaurant. “I had a very good stop at this Costa in the Harlequin. The café is clean, bright, and nicely laid out, with enough seating to actually sit down and relax, even when it’s a bit busy. The staff were friendly and efficient. My order was taken quickly and prepared just the way I asked. Service felt smooth and well organised, which is exactly what I want from a coffee stop in a shopping centre. The coffee was hot, consistent, and enjoyable, and there’s a good range of snacks and cakes to choose from if you want something extra. Overall, it was a simple but very pleasant visit — good coffee, good service, and a comfortable place to take a break while shopping. I’d happily come back.”

“I had a really good experience at Jamaica Blue in the Harlequin. The café has a nice atmosphere — modern, comfortable, and a bit different from the usual chains, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my order was taken and prepared quickly. The coffee was excellent, rich and smooth, and the food I had was fresh and nicely presented. “I've just returned from Kingswood Tesco Express and as always the staff were friendly, helpful and very pleasant. Today I was served by Aneesa. Meanwhile another member of staff was helping a delivery driver to park safely and smoothly while yet another staff member was stacking shelves. The staff work so well as a team and there is such a pleasant atmosphere in the shop even during busy times. The staff are patient even when some customers are fretful and stressed. It's such a blessing for customers to have extensive opening hours and a good range of stock. Recently another self service machine has been installed. It's also a real bonus having a Post Office within the store. Thank you to all the staff in Kingswood Tesco. You make your customers shopping experience a pleasant one.”

“Cafe run by charity Mencap - fantastic initiative to give people with learning disabilities the chance to learn skills in catering, customer services and hospitality. I have never eaten there but just had a quick coffee / kids snacks - it doesn't feel that warm and cosy to me, so I've never been tempted to linger too long. My suggestion would be to remove the PCs and introduce some sofas and perhaps some toys or games. Not sure how feasible that would be!”
