“The man who runs the local off-licence is genuinely one of the kindest and most helpful people in the area. Every time I go in, he greets customers with a smile and treats everyone with respect, no matter how busy he is. He remembers regular customers, often asks how your day has been, and even makes small talk that feels friendly but never forced. He’s also really helpful, On top of that, he keeps the shop clean, well-stocked, and open late, which shows he cares about the community. Not stopped by this Tesco before despite being in the area a while and the service from the gentleman on the till means I will definitely be going again. It was really late on a Sunday evening before the Bank Holiday and I had an awkward request, he didn't have to help me but he went the extra mile and did. Lifesaver!
