“I was in store during the day of the mask situation stated below and I can say the lady was opening multiple packs of masks so she was politely asked not to open them all and to only open one pack before paying, she then become majorly aggressive towards several members of staff that the staff member serving me behind the till pressed their emergency response button to get the police to the shop, the lady was nearly arrested as she was threatening staff and other customers!!
