“I was in store during the day of the mask situation stated below and I can say the lady was opening multiple packs of masks so she was politely asked not to open them all and to only open one pack before paying, she then become majorly aggressive towards several members of staff that the staff member serving me behind the till pressed their emergency response button to get the police to the shop, the lady was nearly arrested as she was threatening staff and other customers!! However the store in general was clean tidy & the staff that were in were very friendly!”

“The food was amazing. We bought Ackee & Saltfish dumplings, festivals, BBQ chicken and Jerk chicken with Rice and peas. (Cannot believe we forgot the Plantain). The Guinness punch was also nice. The food was delivered within 45 mins and was pipping hot (and given we live 20mins away, this is a HUGE plus). I am assuming nothing was microwaved either as everything tasted fresh and well-made. Look forward to ordering from you again!”

“I’ve been to this branch of Starbucks a couple of times recently and it’s been great. My friend is disabled, so parking is very convenient as there are Blue Badge parking spaces directly outside. Access is easy too. The staff are all friendly and you don’t feel rushed, even when it’s near closing time. One outstanding member of staff we encountered was Elaine, the manager, who is incredibly friendly, warm and kind. She was extremely considerate and helpful towards my friend, who needed to access the toilet. Elaine made sure she could navigate her way to the toilet safely and that there were no obstructions in her way. On our way out, just as the shop was closing, Elaine cheerfully called out to say goodbye, which was a lovely touch. It’s warm, friendly and helpful staff members like Elaine who contribute to a positive experience when visiting a coffee shop. Thank you Elaine. You’re an asset to Starbucks. Update: When I first encountered Elaine, I mistakenly thought she was the cleaner as she was mopping the floor. On my next visit she told me that she was actually the manager and had found my post hugely amusing. This just shows what a wonderful sense of humour Elaine has! It also shows how the manager is prepared to do any task that is required.”

“I visited yesterday early afternoon and had a bit of a medical crisis and I passed out and hit my head in the first isle on the fridge… initially a fellow costumer heard it and screamed for security as I was still out. I came through quite quick which at that point the lady had already had an elderly man come over as well in which they both asked me if I needed anything and I said anything with High sugar like a coke in which the older gentleman went and got for me. Staff from the store and Asian man (sorry didn’t catch his name) came over and checked on me multiple times in which after like the fourth time he asked me if I would like to go to there office and sit on one of the chairs as I was still on the floor. They looked after me well and didn’t make the situation awkward at all. Even after I felt better and went to continue my shopping a lady that works there even offered to hold my basket for me in which I politely declined cause they had already done enough. I wish I knew how to contact Tesco head office to inform them of the amazing service and way this team treated me yesterday. Sorry I didn’t say it at the moment as I was still a bit dizzy/confused but thank you all for your help.”

“I've been to this Tesco Express store about 5 or 6 times this year (2025) and all the staff I've met are always polite, friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked with Tesco-branded products and big name brands, the prices are fair and well displayed with prices, there is always a parking space available and the ATM machine outside is well-maintained. They always give me my purchase receipt without me needing to ask for it and they always ask if I have a clubcard (other Tesco Express stores need to learn from this team here). 5 stars.”

“This is the best café/greasy spoon in the whole of south London. I say south London because I can’t comment on what cafés in other areas of London alike.. The owner is an amazing gentleman he is kind hospitable warm and welcoming. It is a comfortable service from start to end. He’s very attentive fantastic for families. Fantastic for builders fantastic for mums who just wanna have a cup of tea and a catch up. Or even if you’re going in for a hangover breakfast! This place is for everybody there are vegetarian halal and of course the traditional pork options. I myself eat halal food whilst my husband does not eat halal food and we both were able to have an exceptional meal. Cafés like this are the last of a dying breed this place is real community!”

“Great Place! We where visiting and some one told us about this Place. We did not have reservations. We did not have to wait long for a table. Food was great and Staff very friendly. Thank you to the Manager ( Andrew). He was sweet and gave us some tips about other things to do while traveling. We really enjoyed there desserts. One is mine... waffles with chocolate & vanilla ice cream, shaved chocolate, and strawberries. The other one is my Husband's ... Banoffee waffles... waffles, banana, toffee/caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream.”

“I promise I’m not milking this restaurant. I have lived near this place for the past 10 years and every time I come here the staff are always so kind and welcoming. It’s like I stepped into a haven of pizza. They food make my mouth water and fill me up in all the good spots. I have spent nearly £2,000 at this place and no I’m not fat either. This has to be my favourite restaurant of all time. Their Meaty Feast pizza is so delicious. I recommend this place to everyone, even the dead because they would want to come back to life for this food. Genuinely 11/10”

“Have got a great selection, I remember when this store opened ,a flagship store with a big bakery selection, big meat freezer and separate cheese fridge has 2 veg isles and a fruit isle , not so big on crisps or freezer food, deodorant isle is small, very good at Christmas this store.”
