“I cannot praise Evan Dyer, and his team, highly enough. As executor of my cousin's estate I contracted Barnard Marcus to handle the sale of his house. The property was on the market within days, there was a large number of viewings and several realistic offers were made very quickly. Matters proved complicated, and prolonged, mainly because of difficulties in establishing the boundary between the land belonging to the house and a large unregistered area abutting the property. Evan was always positive and quick to respond, he provided sound advice and facilitated the communication between all the parties involved.
