What initially felt like a disaster was saved by the excellent customer service we have received since from Dawn - what a superstar!! She has been absolutely wonderful and so helpful throughout. We are going in April and really looking forward to it. “The location is great – just an 8-minute walk from Gloucester Road Station, and the building has a gym, sauna, and jacuzzi. However, the apartment itself and the service leave a lot to be desired. The kitchen is very basic and needs improvement. The TV didn’t work, and there was no working phone – I couldn’t reach reception when needed. The floor was dirty, and the window shade didn’t block the sun at all, making it hard to rest. Guests are expected to take their own trash outside the building, which isn’t convenient. The gym is outdated and could use better equipment. Customer service was disappointing. When my son arrived, they refused to give him the key even though I was on the phone with them and had already provided my ID. Some of the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional zero trust Overall, a good location but poor service and facilities.. but it good price when high seasons.”

She settled me in and really did the best she could to make me feel welcome, spite having to move in everyone all at once; not an easy job. They offered to plumb in my machine as a good will gesture which they didn't have to do and I'm truly grateful for that. Yes there were some teething problems but Atlantic did their best to rectify them as soon as they could. There are some other issues to sort with the building but I'm confident that all will be sorted in due course. Don't know the other workers names but love Sam, the window guy, the plumber... Thank you so much Atlantic.”

“It’s all been very pleasant. The room was well clean and amenities were perfect for what I needed, good space for an open suitcase. Nice breakfast selection despite not having a cooked one, after reading some of the reviews online I was expecting worse but to be fair it’s got all needed plus it’s great that you have a gluten free option and the biggest ever choice of milk I’ve seen in a hotel (coconut, hazelnut, almond, oat, lactose free…). It’s annoying that the shower’s only option is the top tap cause if you don’t want to wash your hair it’s very difficult to avoid water and I didn’t have a shower cap. No big deal. I would recommend this place and I probably will return if I’m back in London in need of a room near the centre. Thank you very much!”

“Excellent service I have been with them over 9 years and they have looked after my property in great condition. Tenants are checked properly and rent are paid on time too. I only had one bad experience when the tenants who didn't pay rent for a few months and lucky I took up the advice and got an insurance that cover me for those missing months plus it cover taking the bad tenant to court . All this was sorted by Carl who attended the court on my behalf to evict the tenant . Belvoir is very good and helpful to their landlord and tenants too”

Charlotte arrived on time, she was incredibly helpful. I can't say enough how much I appreciate her support. It took only 4 days from the viewing to signing the contract ( I was quite slow) but all the paperwork could have been done in 2 days really. In the meantime I was able to contact them via email. They reply in max. 24 hours which is excellent so all team members are very dedicated. I received £25 discount as they promised. Little things like that matter because I value honesty and integrity. I am very pleased with Rentify, and I wish them well:)”
