“Happy to make changes like putting some meat separate and some in a pitta which is really useful, when they are flexible about how the food is given to you and they aren't precious about a set menu. Only thing I'd point out to them is to make sure to use a set of tongs to turn the raw chicken skewers over, and once this is cooked on the outside, move to a different part of the grill and finish it off, by using another pair of tongs. You'd avoid any chance of cross contamination this way. Same goes for the pittas and wraps being warmed up - use another clean pair of tongs to avoid customers having second thoughts about their stomachs getting through the night ok..”

“Almost perfect experience in this barbers today for a beard trim. The barber took the time to listen to what I asked for, and fed back to me what he interpreted. This may seem like a small thing, but it's super important to me. So many barbers I go to do not listen to me fully when I give them instructions. The quality of work was perfect. Very highly skilled barber, and also very careful. No scratching with the razor as some barbers do. Value was brilliant. £8 for a beard trim. Very good value in my experience, especially for a skilled barber. I have no negative comments. The only suggestion I would make is that I wasn't offered the hot towel service and face wash etc. I didn't mind, because I was in a rush, but, it would have been nice to be offered. It is only a little more expensive, but probably well worth the money. Keep up the good work, and keep listening to your customers.”

“5 stars!! Very friendly salon, was even offered tea/coffee. The lady who did my nails- sorry I don't know her name- she's young and has long coffin shaped nails herself- she was fantastic! I told her I like my nails to be long and square and that's exactly what I was given. Only downside and this is the same with most nail shops is that it's cash only and I always put everything on my card as I never carry cash. Only minor and I will still be having my nails done there, would Defo recommend.”

My hairline was suffering and all other hairdressers kept trying to force weaves on my hair but Cynthia styled and treated my hair and it was an awesome finish!!! “Had a pre holiday acrylic nails, pedicure and leg massage and brow dye. The lady that does my brows takes her time and last for about 3 weeks for about £6. All are standing the test of time in the Sun and Sea. Feels good not having to do anything to my nails or feet other than an exfoliate in the sand. The only thing as a return customer is the flat screen and music is staff focussed not customer focussed. If you are in a salon for a couple of hours a little change might be nice. I keep coming back for two or three years now and look forward to massage.”

Love the flexibility of the membership options, I started with individual classes then a class pass and now have a full membership. The classes are tailored to your level to help you build strength, confidence and fitness. Having tracked burning almost 500 calories in the 'kalorie killer' class every Thursday with Scott I am really starting to see a difference! Aerial classes with Abbie are great high quality classes, you train 'both sides' and always feel safe, challenged (accomplished) and fully supported. Highly recommend!”

“I've only ever driven through Cheam before my visit yesterday, a trip by public transport (tram and train) from Croydon specifically to visit the Whitehall museum, housed in a grade II* listed former domestic dwelling dating from before the reign of Henry VIII. While the museum is an important place of reference for local history, geared more towards children than adults, it also houses the excellent Freedom Caffe' tearoom. The restrictions imposed by such an old, historic house may mean they can't use a normal commercial coffee machine but the range of soft drinks is impressive and more importantly, the vegan options for lunch are delicious. I highly recommend both the vegan sausage roll with salad and the vegan Greek. Then there are the cakes... The only vegan option on the day was a chocolate pear and apple cake but it was gorgeous and the staff were attentive and friendly and the food reasonably priced. I also noted the fresh pasta preparation. There's more to Cheam than the museum but whatever else you're doing it's well worth making sure you visit the Freedom Caffe' for a drink and a bite to eat.”

All the staff are really friendly and welcoming and the minute I step in the door I totally relax, especially if I know I have got a lovely facial to look forward to. I have had various treatments with both Vicky and Emily who are both really skilled therapists and I feel so at ease with both of them and am always very happy with the results.
