“We had such a lovely experience. My mum has rheumatoid arthritis and needs shoes with extra padding and arch support. We were looked after by a lovely lady called Deborah. She made us feel really welcome and had a thorough consultation asking my mum exactly what she wanted in a shoe. Any time a shoe wasn't quite right she knew what to do to solve issues. My mum left with a pair of sandals, shoes and boots! Not only is she finding walking easier she has shoes that make her feel good. Thank you for your care, energy and sense of humour Deborah! We called Roadside Mobile Mechanics who booked us a visit for a diagnostic within a few days. Joe was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed a loose battery terminal and told us he was confident that was the issue. We've used the motorhome a few times since then without a recurrence of the problem so we're confident he was right. Her kind, reassuring approach meant that I was able to tolerate everything she needed to do without becoming upset. I only came in for my fringe, but ended up getting the rest of my hair fixed (the previous cut was not done properly, and I didn’t know!!). I knew then I couldn’t go anywhere else.
