Overall it has been a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend them over the usual high street agents who charge a lot more for inferior service. My family also use them exclusively as well to manage their lettings. They are professional, reliable and are always happy to abide with any specific requirements and requests I have as a landlord. “HGV delivery to this site is a bit tight. Drive in, reverse out and tip from one side on the road. Give the company a call beforehand to check ideal time for delivery to avoid local peak traffic for the local primary/nursery school. Be considerate when parking, it's possible to leave enough room for the public to pass. Everyone was very friendly from my phone call through to delivery. Unloaded very quickly with a Reach from a friendly forkie. However, the jewel in the crown was your employee Luke. Absolutely cracking lad who took all the stress out of reversing safety back out onto the main road, keeping an eye on me, the cars and keeping the public safe at the same time whilst being clear with his signals. Top bloke! Appreciate it.”
