“I cannot recommend Simon and the team enough. I rushed in last week on a Tuesday with my chihuahua who was very suddenly unwell as my vet wouldn't see him. I am not registered with Weybridge vet and I didn't even call, I just showed up, but they took me in immediately and began helping my dog. They ended up keeping him and calling me regularly with updates. They saw him again the following day and he had deteriorated so they treated him whilst I was still there so that they could talk me through everything they were doing to keep my mind at ease. They then referred him to The Ralph for further investigation. It is now the following Tuesday and they called me to check in on Stanley. He has made a full recovery now and will have a follow up in a week just to check in. The care shown by all of the reception staff and veterinary staff is second to none. I cannot be more thankful and appreciative and will be moving my 3 other dogs from our current vet to this vet.”

“My Guinea pigs love it there! Since finding Charlie I would not leave my piggies anywhere else, they are extremely well looked after and always come home happy and relaxed. Charlie would send pictures and updates to let me know how the piggies were getting on which helped me relax and enjoy my time away. Highly recommend by me and piggies :)”

My cat had his own pen, perfect given he is an indoor cat and used to being alone. The pen was super clean when I came to pick him up and he seemed content to stay there. Will definitely be using this cattery again! To take this beyond the 10/10 service offered, I would be really keen to see a discount for those with Family Friends Vets, or a reward system where the 8th visit or something is free. “Millway Medical Practice has been my family’s GP surgery for over 20 years, and we continue to be deeply grateful for the outstanding care we’ve received. The surgery is always spotless, which speaks volumes about the standards they uphold. Millway is one of the few practices where you can still call in the morning and get an appointment with a doctor on the same day. That kind of accessibility is rare these days and truly appreciated. On a recent visit, I witnessed something that reaffirmed our confidence in Millway. A man who appeared very unwell came into the surgery, struggling to walk. The receptionist immediately pressed a bell, and within minutes, over six doctors were by his side. It was an incredible display of swift, compassionate teamwork.
