When things began to slow down with communication between the chain, Kirstie were very active in getting things moving again.”

“This is a local restaurant I love it too much, there are many varieties of food you can select with reasonable price! I usually order burger and crisps, they are the best comfort food. Just one thing to remind, hot water costs £1, better order a cup of tea instead.”

“What a fantastic experience! The staff especially waitress was incredibly kind and welcoming — truly made us feel at home from the start. We walked in without a booking and were still seated comfortably inside. The food was bursting with authentic Turkish flavor, and the service was just as impressive. Can’t wait to come back!.”

“I have been many times to this restaurant over the last 25 plus years. There is a set price evening buffet menu available, which was £15 per person the first time I visited, this has now risen over the years to £26.90. A very good selection of starters and main courses are available. As long as you finish any ordered food, there is no limit to what you can order. A pad and pen are on the table to write the dishes you would like to order. My favourites are the starters, especially the selection of ribs. The crispy duck is excellent. If you have room, there is a very good choice of main courses to choose from. I have never had a bad meal here, or had bad service. If you like Chinese food, this is a must visit place.”

“(mid Nov'18) - Probably the nicest breakfast I've had in a long while.. Good service, great atmosphere, also great for pleasant, small, day time meetings & chats... Finally, a classy 'Coffee shop / Bistro' in the area.. The following weekend, I took my wife for brunch... she completely agreed with me... that doesn't happen often !! The next 'acid test' will be brunch with our daughter, Princess Jess...... lets see if she agrees ?? ... yep.. she did... will be back soon..”

“I had a takeaway pizza from here a week ago & it puts ALL the other high street pizzerias to shame, as authentic an Italian pizza as you will find. Beautifully cooked, fantastic mozzarella & full of flavour. We were so pleased with it we gave the restaurant a try last night & were just as happy. Good food, good wine & friendly staff. We will definitely be coming back soon.”

“Lovely! The booking process was easy, the restaurant lively but not too busy, nice decor throughout, clean. The food was great and the lady who served us was polite, nice and knowledgeable. We never felt rushed out, and they even got me a little treat as it was my birthday! I will definitely come back and recommend. If I can make a small suggestion, it would help to see the prices on the menu x”

“Locals pub. Stopped in for a few drinks and lunch in the garden. Clean pints of IPA and selection of spirits. Chicken Tacos were delicious, as were the rest of our small plates.”

“Excellent service from Maria (my previous review has gone so apologies if her name is not Maria) she was attentive without being over burdening, we had many tasty cocktails and shooters. We had visited as an off the cuff birthday, mainly for the cocktails tbh. The food was nice, the drinks great, the atmosphere amazing, the service excellent. Even when the birthday cake came out, which I hadn't expected. As an impromptu evening it was great and I look forward to returning with a larger group.”

“Absolutely great place. There is a ramp in so no problem for wheelchairs. Lots of space inside including some comfortable booths and tables. 10 of us went including a wheelchair user and had lots of space and no problems. Food was great. Had burgers, pizzas, ribs, chicken skewers and some sides. All really tasty. My daughter had an issue with the ribs and they great, taking it away and removing the sauce and giving her some in a dish on the side. Service was great. Can't fault it. Had drinks but they were also happy to give us tap water. Only issue (and nothing to do with the restaurant) is parking. Not many spaces and you can only park for 30 minutes before 6:30. There are side streets so you will find a space but may take a few minutes. There are buses though. And Worcester Park train station, which is about a 5-10 minutes walk away. It's not cheap but not super expensive. Totally recommend the place”

“I have eaten in this restaurant with both family and friends for a number of years and at least twice a month. The food and the service is always excellent which is driven by the passion of the owner and delivered by his excellent staff. The atmosphere is always jovial and the staff are always willing to give advice on the dishes that they serve. As a person that entertains clients, I rate the Brasserie as one of the best restaurants in our area and probably one of the best in class.”

“Sat 11th Oct Ordered a home delivery for the 1st time Some items: CHICKEN SASLICK, CHICKEN TIKKA MASSALA MADRAS HOT - CHICKEN TIKKA WITH RICES AND POPPADUMS CHUTNEYS + GARLIC MUSHROOMS ALOO GOBI - All very tasty and freshly prepared - Arrived hot and very impressed with overall quality - Will now keep as my favourite local Indian Restaurant. “I have moved about a year ago to this area. I have tried few Chinese takeaway shops and most of them have been very disappointing however, Chinese Canteen does not disappoint and every time I have ordered my food has been amazing and the price is good considering others charge ridiculous price and the food turns out rubbish. I thought they only did in person order as I couldn’t find them on Ubereats or Deliveroo so I’ve not been ordering lately unless I am in the area which is not often especially now it’s cold. I accidentally discovered I can order from their website and I have never been happy. I highly recommend it. :) food is delicious. Don’t get me wrong customer service could be better but I understand that is just how they are so I won’t hold this against them as my food is prepared well and it’s delicious so it’s worth going just for that!”
