“A nice coffee shop. I ordered a cup of Matcha Latte, and one croissant. The Matcha Latte was good, but the croissant was not fresh. The staffs were friendly, and helpful. 5 stars for them. Sockets for charging are available. Toilets for customers are available.”

“The Afternoon Tea was genuinely faultless from start to finish. It was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. The vegetarian options were superb – particularly the wrap and the tomato/tofu cream. We'll be dreaming of the meringue, eclair and scones for weeks! “What a lovely and amazing place. The dining rooms are as beautiful as the food. Its however more expensive than a Michelin starred restaurant. £394 for 4 of us. So control the drinking! Loved the litre of sicilian lemonade, reminded me of Glastonbury lemonade carts. My only little gripe, was it was winter, I had a long coat, and the host should have taken our coats as there is only a dirt floor and your coat tails trail in the dust. They eventually came to hang it up in their cloakroom”

“Really nice to have a decent place after a run in Richmond Park. As much as any building can, it blends nicely with the environment. Dining is available outside but as the weather was fresh, to say the least, it was handy to be able to sit inside. The staff were pleasant and conscientious. We were served very speedily. Finally, I spilled my coffee, my fault, and they unexpectedly replaced it free of charge. So, doubly happy.”

“This is the cafe in the heart of downtown Richmond. Everyone will pass by this cafe, so it is the ideal place to drink one of your coffees of the day. The friendly staff will serve you with a smile. The tables outside become breathtaking on sunny days since they have a place where the sun can see them. One of the few cafes in the area that serve espresso in its glass and no bigger, (espresso lovers will love it).”

“I popped in today to book a party for my daughter. Incredibly friendly, a very nice atmosphere and a much needed facelift for the place. The fridges are full, looks very welcoming and more like a cafe with pottery. We are very excited to be going tomorrow, will update the review after that”

“I came to Richmond to visit Kew Gardens and booked an afternoon tea for four here. We had the most lovely and delicious experience. Cakes, quiches, scones, clotted cream, big tea selection, the works. The staff were so nice, helpful, and efficient. It was a beautiful Saturday in September and the place was not too busy. The quality and presentation was better than most afternoon tea spots in London (city center) and at least 1/3 the price… I will be back.”

“This lovely coffee shop is next to the underground so it's easy to stop in for a quick drink. I love a good chai tea and this was the best one that I have had in London. The turkey and bacon sandwich was very tasty and filling.”
